SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We do our best to ensure speedy and safe delivery of our products, but due to the handmade nature of products, the shipping time varies depends on whether it's a painting that needs to be varnished, or a commission that needs to be painted.
The average shipping time for a finished piece of jewelry or painting is with 7 days. If it takes longer than that, customer will be notified by email.
All packages are shipped with USPS Priority certified, unless it's too big for USPS than we'll ship UPS ground. Tracking information will be provided with shipping notification.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, our item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at yan@yanjenniferart.com. If your return is accepted, you'll be responsible to ship the item back.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
